One pipe into every carbon regulator.

Companies in more than thirty jurisdictions are required by law to deliver verified carbon data to regulators. Every regulator has its own portal, its own format, its own rules. The data is finished; the delivery is chaos. We are building the single transmission layer for that last step: validation against each regulator's published rules, regulator-exact packaging, delivery with proof, and a tamper-evident archive.

Status, stated plainly: a working prototype validates, packages and transmits (on a simulated channel) end to end against the published EU CBAM and ESRS rules, with receipts and a hash-chained audit trail. Demonstrated live on request. The production build is the subject of the first funding cycle.

After-stage only

The platform carries finished data. It never creates it.

Carbon accounting, consultancy and reporting software already exist in hundreds. The unsolved step is the last one: getting the finished, verified result into each regulator's hands, in the regulator's exact format, with proof. That last step is the entire product.

What it does

  • Validates every dataset against the exact rule version in force, and blocks on any error, every error listed in plain language with its legal source
  • Packages into each regulator's required output format, previewed exactly as transmitted
  • Transmits with two-step human confirmation and returns a fingerprinted receipt as proof of delivery
  • Preserves the identical transmitted copy in a tamper-evident archive, ten years minimum

What it never does

  • Calculate or estimate emissions
  • Edit, correct or improve a company's figures
  • Publish, score or benchmark anyone's data
  • Replace any reporting standard; it standardizes delivery, not content

Demand is legal obligation

The regimes already in force

EU CBAM Importers of cement, iron and steel, aluminium, fertilisers, hydrogen and electricity; roughly 18,000 authorised declarants filing verified embedded-emissions declarations annually First declaration due 30 Sep 2027
EU CSRD / ESRS About 5,000 EU undertakings plus about 1,200 non-EU groups above 1,000 employees and EUR 450M turnover, filing audited sustainability statements with national authorities First wave reports on FY2027
EU ETS Operators of covered installations, filing verified annual emissions reports under a regime in force since 2005 Annually, in force
ISSB jurisdictions More than thirty jurisdictions adopting or using ISSB standards, each obligating listed and large companies through phased national mandates Phasing in from 2025
California Large companies doing business in California, reporting under SB 253 and SB 261 Phasing in from 2026

Every figure above describes entities already required by law to deliver carbon data. The regulatory map behind this page was verified against primary sources in September and October 2026 and is maintained continuously.

From upload to receipt

How a submission works

Upload

Finished, verified data arrives as an ordinary Excel, CSV, XML or JSON file and is converted to one canonical, fingerprinted structure.

Validate

The dataset is checked against the regulator's rule version in force. Any error blocks it, and every error is listed at once, in plain language, with its legal source.

Confirm

The regulator-exact preview shows precisely what will be transmitted. Two separate people confirm: content first, transmission second.

Deliver

Transmission returns a fingerprinted receipt, and the identical transmitted copy is archived, tamper-evident, for the full retention period.

For capital providers

The first funding cycle is open: EUR 2.5M or more, released against a milestone plan the capital provider finalizes and independently verifies. The platform's specifications are complete, the prototype is working, and the long-term objective is formal recognition of the channel, jurisdiction by jurisdiction. The investor deck and a live demonstration are available on request.
